THE COMPANYCoda Productions is a subsidiary of the parent Company "Jones Boats & Joinery Ltd" established in 1972. This private company is headed by Gordon Jones (Owner/Mgr). Gordon has spent many years involved in a number of businesses and has developed a good business understanding with ability to provide customers with total satisfaction. MANAGEMENTHaving had an extensive interest at an early age in electronics and music, prompted Gordon in later years to establish his own recording studio in Dunedin. Over the years he has developed an excellent understanding of music and its production. Involvement with a number of successful bands has given him vast experience, including many tours with well known N.Z. artists such as Patsy Rigger, Toni Williams, Brendan Dugan, and many more. He has spent numerous years involved in the computer industry and therefore is well versed in the usage of computer systems for music and other applications. Teaching has also been an area where he has gained experience. MUSICAL EXPERTISEGordon learnt music and piano at an early age and formed his first band while at school. His next love was the guitar which has been his main instrument over the years. He has a natural ability to produce and help people find their full potential. His overall ability will help you create a memorable recording. The standard of production is very high and the end result a natural recording. Country music is his main area of expertise however other kinds of music have been produced with great success.
